I’ve purchased two rigs from King’s Chariot in the past couple years and both transactions went flawlessly. I’ve only dealt with Mario but he’s a class act - very responsive, attentive, and available when needed. Both the Lx470 and the 4Runner I purchased are amazing rigs. They shipped the LX470 to me in North Dakota and it was more than they said it was. It was my hunting and off road rig until I left the Dakotas. I can’t say enough about the folks at this dealership. I purchased a vehicle sight unseen from them (first time ever doing so.) When it arrived the vehicle truly exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend Mario and his team. Start to finish, great to work with.Also- There was an issue with one of the aftermarket parts on my vehicle. Without even questioning Mario refunded me the cost to fix said issue, and he worked with the supplier to recoup his losses instead of having me go through them like 99.9% of today’s companies would.Thanks again, fellas. I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat with a turbo Diesel engine. When I got it, the car looked Great, and drove great. I have had it for two weeks now an it has been the best car I have ever owned. We know things go great when you buy a vehicle and are happy....but what happens when you ''dont'' buy the vehicle?? We just didnt come to a deal (this time, I still have my eye on others in his inventory) and I was treated very professionally, my deposit refunded, and politely asked to come back if I became interested in anything else! Mario at Kings Chariot was amazing to work with on buying my dream car. After searching for months thinking I’d find a “deal” on a classic Land Cruiser and dealing with questionable cars and sellers, I finally was referred to Kings Chariot by a friend who had just bought a Cruiser from there. I was blown away by the quality of cars on their website and as soon as I spoke with Mario I knew I was dealing with a true pro I could trust. He spent as much time helping me as I could have asked for and was so nice and knowledgeable. I was even able to customize the rig to my specifications at a price far less than I’d have done on my own. I love the Cruiser he sent me and will probably never sell it. I looked for months to find a 4th gen 4runner with a clean southern Carfax with 4WD and had no luck. Finally saw a posting from King's Chariot that was exactly what I was looking for. Mario and his team do a great job procuring those hard to find Toyota and Lexus models.I had the car checked out by a pro. No engine codes, true frame and all major body panels have original paint. Drove back from Jax to Tampa and the truck ran great. Very happy with my purchase and can't wait to take it off road.
Kings chariot is the easiest car dealership I’ve ever dealt with if they make you a promise they keep it my husband and I picked up a 2005 Toyota Land Cruiser had it all decked out and will be sending it to Costa Rica I am so glad Jacksonville has such a great specialized used car dealership that has such a great reputation and I personally found out why Mario his two sons and his team really are experts at what they do very professional and they do it with a warm family atmosphere no pressure love these guys

Excellent experience with King's Chariot. Bought a low mileage 2002 LX470, and it has been a great driving car for daily commuting as well as a weekend cruiser. Mario was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do in order to keep it running for years to come, he also picks up the phone whenever I call with questions.Kings Chariot will come pick your vehicles up and work on them when needed which I think should tell you how much pride they take in finding quality, gently used Cruisier's & LX's, and servicing them for their customers.

WORTHY OF 10 STARS! First time experience purchasing a car completely remote never seeing the vehicle in person or even getting to drive it, then having it shipped for delivery. Can say with ease that Mario and his sons whom run King's Chariot provided the best top notch customer service and delivery in what could be seen as a vulnerable transaction. They would answer my calls / texts with any and every question ensuring I had all the information and insight / next steps of what would take place prior to purchase, during and after. Recently I wanted to upgrade the suspension on my GX 470. I reached out to Sammy at Kings Chariot and explained the route I wanted to go and he added some suggestions to increase my ride quality by using Dobinson's variable rate springs and add to the off-road ability of my truck. I drove down from Atlanta and they took my truck right in and it was finished on time. The ride is absolutely amazing. Having just driven it over 5500 miles to Moab and Canyonlands, I can say the route he suggested was spot on. I could not be any happier!!

Hey all, I know you all wanted the "Minty" 2010 Toyota Sequoia but it went to me in Columbus, Ohio. Thank you to Mario and the team at Kings Chariot. They are all class! I have been shopping for a car on their website since 2015 and have seen a lot of vehicles come and go but was unable to pull the trigger on any of them until this one. You know when you see something and want if for so long and then when you finally get it or see the person, you are disappointed because your expectation was greater than what could be delivered....This was not the case with Mario and his team at Kings Chariot in Jacksonville, Fla. Everything was seamless, from the conversations on the phone and texting to the pickup at the airport in my Minty 2010 Sequoia. Mario and the team at Kings Chariot absolutely crushed it getting me set up w/ a dream 2008 4runner SR5 4x4. I’m really glad I went ahead and upgraded with them to new wheels, tires and a great riding Dobinsons lift as well. This might be the best car dealership in the country. Certainly on the east coast. Everything, and I mean everything went smoothly. When I first called the owner picked up and we chatted about the vehicle I was interested in. He knew everything there was to know about it. Answered all of the questions fairly and honestly. They even handle the shipping at an insanely fair price. Even the trucker they hired was nice and easy to work worth. Called me when they were an hour away and then again at a half hour. No fuss. When I received the 4Runner it was quite literally better than advertised. These guys don’t just throw on shiner equipment with a good name. They thoughtfully curate every vehicle and add suspension, tires, etc.. that make sense to your specific vehicle. Sorry this is so long folks but I can’t say enough about King’s Chariot. I even got a FaceTime tour of the shop and a thorough walk through of my future vehicle. I have never felt comfortable buying a vehicle I haven’t seen in person. I’m in New York and was going to fly down to Florida to see the vehicle first. After talking with them there was truly no need. I can’t recommend this dealer enough. Only thing left now is to save up to buy one of their SICK landcruisers. Not for nothing they may also have the best Land Cruiser collection in the U.S. Love these guys!

I recently picked up a built out LX 470 rig from King’s Chariot. I had spent months trying to find an LX or LC in good condition, and I finally had the opportunity to swing by King’s Chariot. They are without a doubt the best in the business. The vehicle is in phenomenal condition. It is very clear that Mario and his son’s have absolute pride and commitment to their craft and business. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions, no matter how routine or mundane they may have been. Went down to see the over landing vehicles for sale a couple weekends ago with my Son. We were interested to see what all Mario had in person. I didnt realize that you need to plan ahead and make an appointment which I do recommend. But despite not doing this Mario (senior) took time out of his busy Saturday to meet and let us browse and ask questions even taking pictures. Mario is extremely friendly, and accommodating. I plan to take my 1996 Land Cruiser to him to have some overlanding Mods installed. This family really cares about the customers and it really shows when you meet them in person. He's very knowledgeable and gave his advice on what suspension/Lift parts would work best for what I was wanting to achieve.His team installed Dobinsons IMS Shocks, springs, upper and lower control arms, sway bar links, pan hard bar, relocation and drop brackets. I recommend and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
King's Chariot is WORLD CLASS. I have been looking for quite some time for a clean, lifted, lower-miles older Cruiser and they not only had one, but multiple such vehicles to select from! Mario and his team really takes personal care for their customers to a remarkable level for this day and age. The operation was clean, the staff was courteous, and as I visited with Mario to fulfill a long-standing automotive dream of mine, it felt that he was as excited for me as I was! haha. Great people who take pride in their work and are super knowledgeable about the brands they specialize in. I have always appreciated the build quality and reliability of the Toyota/Lexus brand. I was searching for land cruisers and came across Kings Chariot. Ended up buying a 200 series Land Cruiser and then a 100 series a couple of weeks later. They added several modifications to the 100, completed some needed service and did it all extremely quickly. The cars look and drive fantastic. The fact that they can do almost all of the service and modifications on site makes the process very easy. You can tell Mario and his team have a passion for what they do. I highly recommend them if you are in the market.

Customer service without all of the dealership BS....We even agreed upon a few extras , including the infamous Toyota 100K service....Kudo's to their shop, First Class down to the minor detailed touches....Now living a few hours away was handled professionally also as Mario again stepped up and took care of all the details... delivery went off smoothly also at the time I was told...Sadly, the only problem will be the Tundra I purchased will last another 200K .....

I was lucky to snag a beauty of a gx470 from Mario and team. These are the dudes you want to hang out with off road. It was my 10th + Yota purchase. Mario and his team are a well oiled machine like the quality Yota/Lex rigs in their inventory. They specialize in "IT" vehicles. The showroom has a very boutique feel and the easiest car purchase experience I have ever had. I was able to remote work remotely w their WiFi, they dropped me off at the airport car rental and followed me back to showroom and then finally filled my gas tank (long after the transaction was complete). Every interaction was above and beyond from their team. Even simple phone calls to check on inventory in advance of travels made me feel very welcome and part of the King's Chariot experience. I am looking forward to letting Mario and team take my GX to new heights. Literally!

I am a well satisfied NON-buyer: I've been speaking with Mario by phone for a few days and drove 1000 miles to see a SUV. There were over 100 photos availabe. I would do business with Mario any time. Sadly in this case the vehicle simply wasn't what I was looking for. In my experience trustworthy used auto dealers are as rare as some vintage car models. Mario took all the time I needed and was a professional in every sense of the word.
Mario and the rest of the staff at Kings Chariot were awesome to work with. They were excellent to work with and didn’t pressure us into purchasing anything we didn’t want or need. If you are skeptical about buying an older vehicle with higher mileage, the ones in inventory here are thoroughly vetted to ensure they are in outstanding condition. This was HANDS DOWN the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. After first speaking with Mario, I hung up and thought, "that guy doesn't care if I buy a car from him or not." That is not to say he was not friendly, informative and professional, he was. It's just that after "dealing" with other dealers quite a bit recently, it struck how his sales approach was to rely on the confidence he had in his product and business, rather than try to feed me a bunch of BS and harass me on the way to a buck. I now know this confidence is well founded.When my 99 LX470 arrived, I don't think I was able to say anything but "oh my god", and "holy sh!t" for at least ten minutes. This vehicle is clean as clean can get and absolutely hums. This entire process far exceeded my expectations, and I will highly recommend Kings Chariot to anybody who will listen. I purchased a 2001 Lexus LX470 from Kings Chariot and I was so impressed with the quality of the vehicle and the aftermarket work they had done. I am local to Jacksonville so I was able to deal with Mario and his team in person and they are extremely professional and knowledgeable. The purchasing process was incredibly streamlined with no pressure or haggling. Due to the high quality vehicle, fair pricing, and enjoyable experience overall I will definitely be returning to Kings Chariot the next time I am looking for a vehicle.
I bought a 2015 Golf SEL TDI here and it was the smoothest, most satisfying car buying experience I have ever had. No unnecessary attempts to sell you things you don't want, just strait to the point. I walked in without calling ahead after seeing the car on their website and was driving away in an hour in new car (even after a test drive). Mario was very knowledgeable and friendly, which only helped to make the whole experience even better. If I knew about this place in the past I would have bought all my vehicles here. I can not recommend this place enough. It's kind of tucked away, so finding it was confusing at first, but once you do you will thank yourself later.
I bought a Toyota 4Runner. Transaction was super easy. I loved dealing with Mario. Delivery was quick and cheap. Vehicle was cleaner than I ever could have imagined. I was nervous about buying a 17 year old vehicle without seeing it first. Mario was more than honest and underpromised and over delivered. It appears that everything he buys is rust free, super clean, and no wreck vehicles. You can’t buy a car and accessorize it with all of the ARB parts yourself and come out cheaper because he is a dealer for ARB. He gets the parts at their distribution warehouse locally without freight cost. He knows how to trick these things out. Great taste.Shannon

I just got my Land Cruiser yesterday from Kings Chariot. It is an impeccable vehicle that drives beautifully. These guys don’t buy and sell junk vehicles. They inspect the vehicles they get in very thoroughly and do not sell those that don’t meet their standard. And if you find anything wrong with the vehicle, they will make sure to fix it before you leave with it. The price I paid for my Land Cruiser was very competitive to a nationwide search I did for a similar vehicle. These guys are the real deal. Buy with confidence!

I have purchased vehicles over the internet 3 times before. This time I purchased a mint condition 2002 F250. Mario was our salesman. This was by far the best sales experience I have ever had. I had an unexpected last minute issue with my credit union that couldn't be timely resolved, so Mario found me different (and better) financing within minutes. When there was an auto transport delay, Mario brought my truck back to his shop to keep it safe and secure until it was able to be transported to my home in Pennsylvania.
